Welcome July. The past week we have had outrageously high temperatures. There were many concerns about how hot it was with people, let alone all the animals. I know my concerns were with keeping all of our animals and the dogs vacationing with us at Hound Hollow Boarding Kennel cool.
Featured is a charming Blenheim and White Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, her name is Gwen. She’s a difficult one to photograph. Being a “spaniel” her head tends to lead her which makes her always look down. It was my challenge to get at least one good shot, where her nose was not buried in the ground. She is just a very grounded young dog. There are more photographs of Gwen in the Canine Gallery
Be well, until next time.

Summer, is almost here. The weather has been just beautiful this week. It has gave me the opportunity to do somethings I love. I got out on the motorcycle for a few short rides, which always revitalizes me. I also was able to take some photographs. I have added several new photo shoots to the Canine Gallery .
Pictured above is a wonderful Labrador Retriever, Brady. We have been caring for at the kennel since he’s a young puppy, and have watched him mature into the lovely canine he is today. We enjoy him every time he visits. He’s very photogenic.
Happy Father’s Day to all the great dad’s out there.
Be well, until next time.

Meet Cooper a beautiful Pembroke Welsh Corgi.  He’s as smart as a whip and just adores retrieving, even toys that are really too big for him. We are honored to be using Cooper in our newest ad for our boarding kennel.  I took many photographs of him, above are just a few.

It seems that wherever I go, I am inspired to snap the shutter button. Right now all the flowers are blooming and before long many will be gone. The birds are nesting and I can hear the peeping of little ones from way above in the tree tops. The colors all around are just magnificent. Spring, is so amazingly pretty.

So until next time, take a look around and see what Spring looks like.
